To determine billable usage, we average the number of scanned nodes across all clusters over the past 30 days. If the average number of nodes is less than the number of nodes subscribed to, you are within your subscription limits. If the average number of nodes is higher than your subscription, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan.
Contact us and we will sort things out with you.
Yes. On the Startup Plan the minimum number of worker nodes is 10 and the maximum is 100. If you have less than 10 WN you’ll still pay for 10 WN. If you have more than 100 WN please reach out and we’ll tailor you an enterprise plan.
You’ll get unlimited worker nodes for this one cluster.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription period, upon notification that you do not want to renew.
The minimum subscription plan is 5 worker nodes (up to four vCPU per worker node) with a price of $145 for a monthly subscription or $1,380 for a yearly subscription (a 21% discount is applied automatically).

Your credit card will be charged once the fulfillment of your order is complete.
Your card will be charged only after you have utilized the free credits. For example, if you received a $200 credit for 60 days, then that $200 credit is automatically applied to your account. If you spend $150 in that timeframe, then your card will not be charged. If you spend $300, then the $200 credit would be fully utilized and your card will be charged only $100. Since the credit is valid for 60 days, you won’t be able to use any remaining credit after 60 days.
